Armaan's problem is, he does not appreciate the ones who genuinely care for him and craves for attention from those who are simply using him. May be because of the way he was brought up. Isko samaj hi nahi aata that he's sacrificing his life for people who'll never truly appreciate him for who he is. In that way, he is similar to his MIL, who spend a good chunk of her life pleasing people who were just not worth it. The moment she got away from that toxicity, her life became so much better. And the day Armaan starts to appreciate those who truly care for him, that is, his father and his wife, he'll get a better life. May be that would, indeed be his character's growth and progress.

Yea, right now Armaan's entire problem is this only. He doesn't know whom to prioritize and whom to not. Vidya and Dadisa might have accepted him but their love for him is tainted and comes with certain conditions and expectations. Maybe that's why he keeps going overboard to meet those expectations. I don't think Dadisa would have even thought about his marriage at all. Otherwise his priorities would have changed. She wants him as her right hand without baggage of filial bond.

But again, right now if he were to soften towards Abhira, that girl will give in to him as she is equally smitten and cares for him a lot. That tension will go away

I don’t find Daadi wrong for wanting Abhira to leave, she has never liked her anyway so i had no expectations from her. But I really hate the way she questions Abhira’s upbringing over and over again… what a vile person. There concern is ki akshara ka koi kyu ni hai. They will get to know later ki wo ek mhaan lady thi ( unnecessary but ya she was)

She lost her relationship so that ruhi childhood can be better than hers.

I think abi use ghr ni chodne chahiye. Even he should not agree.

Abi jaega to jimmedari k liye but after love it will be more logical and effective.

If you see every track has a little progression especially in AbhiMaan's relationship. Abhira has been accepted by the family as the bahu. It is clear from the way they act around her. Inspite of her going against Dadisa only Armaan, Dadisa and Phupasa were furious at her. Vidya, Manisha, Manoj, Kajal, Madhav were only worried about the whole mess.

Only when Abhira was accused of stealing papers that they lost their trust in Abhira. This case also helped to show that even though AbhiMaan were at opposite ends they still cared and longed for each other. They might fight with each other but at the end of the day they won't give up on each other. Armaan inspite of being thoroughly disappointed with Abhira he never deterred from his responsibilities as a husband. Abhira on the other hand instead of being upset with Armaan was empathatic towards him and reasoned about his outbursts. This is what I call a progression in their relationship.

Armaan had accused Abhira similarly when Rohit disappeared. He didn't even bother checking up on her when he knew no one liked her in the PH. But now inspite of being angry at her he still takes a stand for his wife in front of his family.
