Alia seems to have lost a lot of hair I remember she had pretty thick and long hair in her initial films.

Can't believe I am living an era where visually Alia looks better than Ranbir making it seem like she traded down...what is up with him, why is he looking like this?

True, it does happen after having a baby. Happened to me too but with a good diet and not doing any chemical treatments it went back to pre pregnancy thickness. Actresses are constantly coloring, straightening and ironing their hair so that would definitely cause hair to fall.
