Agramahishi's life was very tough because she was the one who got to keep track of who was going to the Emperor's room every night. 😢 Thats why Helena was never made Agramahishi, she could never bear it and would faint or cry to death. She fell very hard in love. Also because her parents basically abandoned her to save their own empire. CGM was the one who she depended upon, also she was very young compared. Poor girl.

Durdhara as Agramahishi was best friend and love of his life yet she was a commoner and it must had been hard breaking to see Nandini as his other wife. Nandini had superiority complex that's why to satisfy her she was called Mahadevi and Durdhara was called Agramahishi. 😒

Asandhimitra was the one one who was very patient, smart , controlled her jealousy and behaved with extreme grace. She is the best Mauryan Queen. Her exalted status is something else.

Why don't makers accept that ancient India had harems too and weren't goody-2-shoe and portray that on ITV? Forget rébelling audience, but at least Indians will get to know their real heritage and also this colonizer mindset will end.
