I think plastic surgery to ho nahi paayegi. SBS said ki sahiba pahunche usse pehle seerat nau do gyarah ho jaayegi. May be she will run away taking angad with her. As per sbs angad will again try to escape but will fail. So this could be the possible track. And we have to bear the torture. After Sahiba becomes pregnant again she will start the search for angad. Miscarriage abhi ke liye ton hai hoga . The promo is just that angad still not found and Sahiba is pregnant now.

I don't think it's a miscarriage....she is pregnant and not able to find Angad ...she must have got hurt trying to save him but did not succeed.....maybe angad falls from a cliff or something and gets lost or looses his memory or Sahiba herself is lost and lost her memory and pregnant
