It will be shown as they just entered Dandak Van. In fact they met Atri Anasuya before leaving for Dandak according to VR

I just watched the episode....Sitaji's initial reply when Anusuya mata asked Sri Ram why he would bring a delicate princess into the forest; Sitaji's demeanour and her response to being pativrata were all done really well....no wonder mata Anusuya was so impressed.

Please could someone explain what was expected?

Also the tree rakshas who is the gandharva is in the precap.

They aren't skipping things and they are trying to show the story without making it long winded and monotonous...

Perhaps I am missing something but how many questions was Anusuya ma supposed to ask? It's quite easy to be impressed with Sitaji so I guess she was impressed rather soon.

Also, Rishi Atri mentioned a lot of Rakshas not just Khar and Dhushan.
