All it took was one little moment honestly to make us all lose hope. I was over here thinking about Maha Shivratri and Holi with Agastya and Imlie. I still had so many songs I wanted to hear during their scenes. But they managed to ruin that as well. At some point, I’ll also give up and just go do rewatch of the season. At the same time, there will be a bank of episodes for me to catch up on if I ever decide to watch the rest of the show.

Maybe Surya will get into an accident and actually die before the marriage, basically proving Dadi’s fear again and Agastya will come back disguised as him, pretending to have memory loss. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know it’s delusional at this point. But for now, I’ll keep watching I guess…

bold : shivratri is like 4 days away now. I want to see if they celebrate or mention about it. They have shown festivals like Diwali and karwa Chauth so possibility of maha shivratri celebration is also there.

Agastya imlie ke liye toh Badi badi baatein karte the like they are Radha Krishna ( first episode dialogue Radha Bansi bajaiye toh kanha ka kariye and then Agastya is shown mouthing dialogue gussa) and Satyavan Savitri. Now what will they use for Surya Imlie . Does Surya have raw and destructive energy like shiv ji and Imlie will be his sati who married him going against her father ,in Imlie case it will be Chaudhary family

Actually agar generation leap le lete after killing both Agastya and Imlie like most TV shows or like someone said, a reincarnation track after both Agastya Imlie die, that would have still being tolerable coz it would have been Agastya Imlie together in death, this is so miserable as a plot.

They need to give some more clarity to the audience. They should have shown Agastya ka face in the funeral episode if they wanted to kill him off. Why did they show Agastya see someone before they met with an accident.

I have a crazy theory - or it may be me grasping at straws.

What if both Agastya and Surya are alive and in this together - no coma no memory loss. Both take turns depending on the need and play Surya the cop while the other is in hiding doing the investigation of who is behind Agastya ka life.

This is precisely the reason why one episode we feel this is Agastya and one episode we feel it is Surya, coz it really is like that. When the truth of the twins came out it was actually Agastya, today with the flashback, it was actually Surya, the laddu making was Agastya and being rude to Imlie for Malti is Surya. More like the plot of the move Deewane of Ajay and Urmila. I have been saying this theory from the start. Can the makers show this?

I know right! Remember when Agastya’s “aatma”, which at this point might’ve actually been his soul, told Imlie to think of their kahani as a short one and to keep living hers. I don’t think even he would’ve expect her to move on with his estranged twin brother. Sure, he was progressive but he was also possessive.

If he’s actually dead, then he’s looking down like “what the hell Imlie, I asked you to focus on your education not my handsome face”

I miss August Babu y’all. And I miss the Imlie we knew when she had her Babu in her life. What kind of raita have they phelao-ed with this one flashback ☹️

you know the 8 pm show removed the male lead parents role when they had elaborate tracks surrounding them in past . Male lead issues will forever remain unsolved due to parents exit.

Didn't they earlier show Mihir ka face in the funeral? Or I am confused. I have not seen the show coz I was a child when this show came lol.

Sunaina, comparing Surya Imlie with Gods seems blasphemous to me. Arghhhh Hope they dont show any such thing in the show. Dekha nahi jayega

I just feel stupid to invest so much time and emotion into a show when the makers and writers don't give a rats ass to writing a more logical and coherent plot.

You know I hardly watch ITV and most shows I have watched were ruined beyond repair - MHRW (to an extent), PS, Katha, CJL and now Imlie. Saishi ke liye show dekho but aage chalke sab ruin hi hona hai.

Kashish can you help me list down the scenes post Surya entry where we felt he was Agastya and all the scenes where we felt he was Surya. I don't have a very sharp memory because I view the episodes only once so I want to rely on your memory to carry out my theory ke hypothesis.

I genuinely feel I am onto something. The makers are not stupid to show Agastya dead for real after actually seeing a consistent drop in the ratings.

Seriously August ko marne ka koi matlab hi nai jo trp thi wo bhi August ke saath gai.. Abhi toh don't know where its heading but yes August gonna be missed or should say we missing him since the day he died in show

At least, you have a positive theory in mind.

If that were the case, I don’t know how Agastya is allowing Imlie to get mistreated. This would require more than pitao-fying him. He’d have to sleep outside near the tree on the garden and I’d want Imlie to be mad at him if he were just letting her emotions getting toyed like that.

Hell, I’d want her to actually leave the Chaudhary’s and for Agastya to really manao her because that is cruel. But at this point, I’d hope for anything if that meant she’d have her Babu again. Who knows if by the end of this AT, they’ll paltao the story and give us hope. It feels wrong even wishing for it at this point because they like disappointing us. Can’t believe this is the track they built up since the Satyawan-Savitri promo…
