After few reflections, I do think that SP has told Gul and team that they have few weeks to wrap up the story. Maybe that's why the change in storyline. Maybe they will bring back Agastya in the last few episodes but before that they will tie up all the lose ends and bid goodbye. Maybe this week's TRPs was the deciding factor. It dropped so Gul got to know that they have to wrap up and bid goodbye.

They have backtracked a lot of things in Imlie, they can show this too. It is quite stupid of them to go ahead with Agastya dead even after keeping this open ended and after seeing the poor ratings since the past 3 weeks.

We have like 20 ish pages left to this AT, so many members are already giving up on the show. I feel like the next one will take forever to complete at this rate.

All it took was one little moment honestly to make us all lose hope. I was over here thinking about Maha Shivratri and Holi with Agastya and Imlie. I still had so many songs I wanted to hear during their scenes. But they managed to ruin that as well. At some point, I’ll also give up and just go do rewatch of the season. At the same time, there will be a bank of episodes for me to catch up on if I ever decide to watch the rest of the show.

Maybe Surya will get into an accident and actually die before the marriage, basically proving Dadi’s fear again and Agastya will come back disguised as him, pretending to have memory loss. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I know it’s delusional at this point. But for now, I’ll keep watching I guess…

so it means they will show jeth bhabhi romantic scenes only for Agastya to come in the end and give happily ever after to Imlie and Surya graciously exiting from their lives

I feel SP has interfered in the writing which is why we are moving towards so much toxicity. The team definitely has time till IPL end as this show is not going anywhere before that. Trust me I would have taken all of Imlie ke dukh and pain and insult wale episodes with the hope that she will have better days when Agastya will be back. This is seriously not tolerable to me anymore.

I watched the show for the 90s feels and for the character of Agastya not for Surya or whatever. Mereko koi aur characters aur sub plots main interest nahi hai. I only want August babu back.

I am so miserable right now :(

Sunaina, any chance they can still backtrack this if there is enough backlash/ trp falls further? TV show hai, they can always show any illogical reasons for their plots.

Now i indeed feel like saying Kon disha mein chali re imliiya lol Kyunki samaj nai Aa raha where the story of the show going it will be very disappointing if August doesn't come back and if he comes back after surya imlie wedding then there is no point kyunki damage has been done i wish Wo FB nai dikhaya hota toh there would have been some hope surya being August or this was blooper and writers will forget this as well as they forgot some other stuff in past?

Right now its difficult to guess what exactly writers are planning to show but if surya imlie are end game then its very disappointing cause August imlie Ki Love story adhoori rahegi they never had there happy moments after confession.bahot kuch baki reh gaya.

Dhanraj became Chacha son. Itna elaborate Dhanraj ka funeral scene with suicide letter tha, and you know how that panned out😂

They should just give some assurance that August will be back.. Like long back in KSBKBT they shown mihir is alive but it took some time for mihir tulsi to meet again and also mihir also had memory loss.
