What an exciting win this is. Set up by the bowlers, Smriti at the top ran away at the start to dent any hopes Gujarat might have had. Devine fell early, but Smriti and Meghana strolled along before Perry came and applied the finishing touches. Gujarat just did not have enough and their bowling posed no concerns to a well-drilled RCB unit who now have consecutive wins to start off their season. Lots of soul-searching for Mooney and Co. To do as far as Gujarat is concerned.
