First of all, my dear, I never said I'm happy that Shilpa has left. Isn't it possible that I don't appreciate her acting skills but like her awesome chemistry with KSG? The news of her departure left me sad and nostalgic too, and I'm going to miss the chemistry that karan-shilpa shared, and after all, she was the actual ridhima, the centre of affection of our beloved armaan. But life has taught me we have to move ON no matter how much our hearts break in the process. And so I've accepted the change..
Secondly, how can you say or doubt that I haven't watched all episodes? Let me assure you, I have seen each and every episode of DMG till date and know as much about its characters' journey if not more as you do. Please don't make presumptions on my part…
As far as butchering of her character goes, I know. I liked the initial Ridhima and even Shilpa managed to do a decent job of acting then but she just seems to have forgotten how to act lately, she's not even doing a good job of the blushing part, romance and all now. Even in the most recent romantic scene i.e. dream sequence in white, she didn't emote at all, and seemed aloof and absent.. And those close and intimate scenes were not the only thing to watch earlier..DMG itself had a very good storyline initially and its concept seemed pretty promising, which sadly we've lost now..And saying that Shilpa was mostly good in only romantic scenes doesn't imply I only enjoyed those scenes..Mr. Karan Singh Grover is able to make any scene he's part of worthy by his brilliant acting skills, and he's the main reason why I have always enjoyed the show. He can make any scene look and sound good but DMG's story has now been destroyed and butchered to the point that I doubt even if he can make it look good. Though I very much agree that Shilpa has been part of DMG's success but now she's almost history..
As far as your second paragraph is concerned, Ok, I agree, it's not correct to make remarks against anyone's looks and all. And people shouldn't participate in such activities..
And btw, creatives visit other parts of DMG IF too? Well, ok..thats news to me.. I thought they just found 'AR heaven' worthy enough to grace with their presence and took ideas from there....if they visited other topics, they would at least have realized some problems with their show, and an inkling of what's gone horribly wrong with the storyline and character development..
