Do you know what disaster means? The movie isnt a disaster at all, and at the end of the say she is getting critical acclaim and a good movie which she is proud of .

The slow pace just killed it for this one

On the contrary..i feel Jaane Jaan would have been a HIT if released in cinemas.

The sad part is the flop / disaster tag which gets attached to these movies which release in cinema and crash. Nothing erases that.

Direct to OTT was the only route for something as niche and slow paced as this. Audience have very very very low attention span now..so slow pace is a complete NO NO in todays times..

Learn the difference between DISASTER and a FLOP. A disaster is a Shamshera that made only 30 crores out of 150 crores, this movie only had a budget of 30 crores and already made 10 crores .
