Zero was originally titled Katrina Mere Jaan and focused on her before SRK became a part of the movie. Katrina would have played herself rather than a satirical take on an actress. Would the film have been a success had it not been revamped?

Katrina is the only actress who had a film created about her, unless you count Sridevi since Mast starring Urmila was based on Sridevi.
