I don't think so, for us Sushant was a bollywood actor but for her he was her partner for 7+ years, they shared a home and even a dog. Even we talk about our past relationships with our friends, doesn't mean we are selling or using them. Anytime she has spoken about him it has been in context to some relationship issue. In the recent one she was trying to make Isha understand as to why anyone (Munawar) would try to hide something as major as breakup especially in a public forum. I don't think that was from a place of malice or hatred towards SSR.
