Anupama doesn't want to go to a vacation to spend time with Anuj and Choti, shameless thy name is serial Anupama. I think she is suffering from memory loss as well because of the trauma of how her Lord VanRajan insulted her. So she has created these fake memories. She keeps doing that to paint a rosy picture of her hellish time
