Even if I agree with what you are saying, that KZ is lying there is no reason for anyone to bully her especially after Salman was already so mean and rude to her.

I don't think he is emotionally invested in Abhishek. He is doing that after the feedback because he was blamed wrong in his and Abhishek's fight. He considers everyone as characters rather than humans including his wife. same for everyone.
