The main reason Asif’s plans keep failing is because Zaid doesn’t trust him . If Zaid trusted him he would believe every word he says about Arya which would make it easier to create misunderstandings between them but Zaid sees him as a traitor who tricked him into marrying mubashira so whatever he tells Zaid Zaid will investigate to make sure his father doesn’t have ulterior motives before believing anything.

Zaid got angry after Asif manipulated the entire situation and said yes to marry Mubashira. Ayra is another idiot, gatecrashing the wedding...did she really think that Asif would let that slide? Ab haath jodhke maafi maangne ka kya matlab...she literally did aa bail mujhe maar.

Kashmala knew Rayaan was a red flag but all she wanted was a rich good looking husband. Also did she not know how crazy her sister in law would be? About Ayra, I think she gate crashed wedding because she didn't really think that Asif would be that dangerous. I guess she just thought that he just threatened so that bro can back off from this rishta.
