Isn't this the most watched movie aired on British TV? I never saw it until last year despite being a huge Keira Knightley fan because I am not into sporty movies but I enjoyed this very much.

Interesting that in the original script the two main girls would have been a lesbians couple. I suppose just the notion of a South Asian girl playing soccer/football was considered progressive then so there is no way a lesbian relationship would have been allowed for either east or west.
