As per some sources the show is ending as new management is taking over and they don't want any show to be aired at 10.30pm. Last episode will be telecasted this week. What a useless channel.....

I was wondering why Sakshi was making public displays of adultery and Samar was indiscreetly allowing her to do so just before the election.

Samar taking Sakshi to his bedroom in front of Urmila was recklessly stupid. Whatever they did at the just-for-couples restaurant, Jaggu probably took photos.

If the story were ongoing, why would it head in the direction of Samar losing the election?

Kasturi leaving Samar, and Samar pursuing Kasturi not to save his reputation but because he suddenly appreciates her, looks like an abrupt happy ending.

The channel could have ended Ramā Rāghava instead - a patriarchal, misogynistic daily drama with zero suspense. Kasturī's story could have been good, with Kasturi discovering her knack for politics and Samar feeling torn between his own ego and admiration for his wife.

What a wasted opportunity!

That show is just lucky to have a prime time slot with mediocre actors. Other shows as balu mama and 10pm show has lower rating than Kasturi but they are still continuing. Perhaps there is some misunderstanding as the production is well established and may not have listened to some demands by the channel. I pity the cast and crew as they have invested so much time in this show promoting the show.

How can elections be postponed for a month, just because one party is inaugurating a memorial during the no-campaigning period?

Voters have a right to cast ballots, don't they? Newly elected officials need time to set up their offices before the parliamentary session starts. Incumbents cannot simply serve a longer term!

Has this ever actually happened in India?

Sakshi asked Samar, if she had shared a room with another man and appeared publicly as a couple, while promising to divorce and remarry, would Samar have tolerated it?

While this question may goad Kasturi to walk out on Samar, it could also be asked of Indian TV.

Would anyone dare to tell the story of a female protagonist who plans to switch husbands after winning an election? Would an Indian audience respect a husband who agrees to leave while his wife remains in another man's bedroom all night long?

In the twelfth century, Kalhaṇa wrote approvingly about Durlabhavardhana catching his wife Anaṅgalekhā in bed with another man and choosing to keep quiet so that he could inherit her father's kingdom of Kaśmīra.

But nowadays?

There was no need to reveal that Sakshi never loved Samar and only saw him as a challenge or trophy. After all the times we saw Sakshi alone and hurting, it made no sense. Instead, Sakshi could simply have decided that it was beneath her dignity to pine for a married man for another month.

Divakar's realization that he never appreciated Madhavi was performed well by both actors. Excuse me for mentioning the actors' real lives; Deepak Karanjikar and Vidya Karanjikar are married, and their comfort as scene partners surely helped to convince me that Divakar remembers Madhavi in the old days, and Madhavi always saw the good in Divakar. Nevertheless, it was rather abrupt that as soon as Madhavi commented what a supportive wife Kasturi is, Divakar's own expectations were forgotten.

Samar's speech to his parents was horribly scripted!

He felt paścāttāpa about his decision to marry Kasturi? Leaving Kasturi at his family's mercy while he openly held on to Sakshi ... making Kasturi sleep on the floor ... yelling at Kasturi when Urmila was obviously in the wrong ... We saw plenty of Samar's contempt for the responsibility that came with his decision, plenty of Samar's stubbornness, telling Sakshi to wait for him, and not a hint of remorse for marrying the wrong woman.

Samar contrasted Kasturi with Sakshi, saying, look how Sakshi reacted to disappointment (his broken promise), saying whatever (truthful) accusations to him and his parents, but Kasturi didn't yell. So, it's Kasturi's meek submission to injustice that Samar found appealing when he "fell in love!"

Instead, Samar could have said that Kasturi is a charismatic public speaker and staying married to her would ensure his credibility with his constituents!

And how is this a happy ending for Urmila? She hated Kasturi even before Sakshi arrived to run Kuber Textiles. Why would Urmila stop torturing her slave Kasturi?
