Exactly, Seerat got a proper arc. She would not care about Angad if he did not force his way into her life and obsess over her.

She had no interest in him, he pressurized her to sit in his car, she immediately revealed it to Sahiba. Then he invited her and demanded her as birthday gift. She obviously thought he cares. Then he gave her promises while Garry mistreated her and always obsessed over her, put ring on her. He hid the promise he gave to Seerat from Sahiba while Seerat revealed it, he has always hidden everything related to his interactions with Seerat from Sahiba because he had wrong intentions for her.

Now she makes it clear she is fully out of love with Sahiba but loves and is loyal to Angad unlike Angad who cannot be loyal to any sister.
