I don't think it was fixed. Farhan lost to Bilal fair and square. Imo, Bilal is a better actor. Yaar koi maney ya na marey Arsalan has a huge following on social media. I have been following him for the last ten years. Farhan's fans just did not vote for him. He should have asked him fans multiple times like Arsalan did

I feel he is indirectly taking a dig at Arsalan bcz he can't take the name directly...

I don't think majority of them have issues with Bilal being nominated or winning the award.

Arsalan and Feroze should have not been nominated in the first place. However, after getting the nomination their crazy fandoms ensured that they won. Arsalan has 1.48 million subscribers on YT and he was begging them for votes in every video.
