Jawan released and the bribary smear-campaign that costed the taxpayers I don't know how much money may have found it's end...with portraying the accused Sameer Wankhede as upright officer and hero (like in a movie...clicked by paparazzis and having his own fan-following)...

Yeah...the whole thing was a farce...just to bring SRK into the news:

act 1: CBI accuses Sameer Wankhede (& others) having tried to extort money from SRK (25 crore settled at 18 cr, receiving 5 lakhs given back partly)

act 2: Mr. Wankhede demands protection of being arrested by CBI, he gets it, CBI has to summon him for questioning (this gets extended again & again)

act 3: In the press appear alleged WhatsApp chats between SRK and Wankhede from the night and days after Aryan got arrested (although not having drugs on him). The alleged conversations shall show/shows a distraught and pleading father and shall paint/paints Wankhede as a caring and upright officer. Although these chats had never shown before to anybody involved in the Aryan-Cruize-Case, they aren't contested neither by the CBI nor by the Court... Wankhede only gets the order to not talk to the press.

act 4: Whankede (through his lawyer) contests the survey done in 2022 by the Dehli chief of the NCB, as this chief would have been biased against him (this survey was the base of the CBI accusation)...also meanwhile, the term extortion has changed into bribary and the lawyer demands that SRK should be accused of a 18 cr bribary...CBI isn't really prepared to any of the hearings...doesn't contest that Wankhede tries to squash the CBI-case.

act 5: No court hearings for a long time...No news whatsoever about CBI work (they had one day summoned the woman linked to Aryan and Abaz in the accusation sheets and also questioned a former NCB collegue of Wankhede)...Whankede has gathered a fan-following, appears as upright officer on functions, receives awards...(protection from arrest till 7th of September)
