It's Pakistan so obviously she is married if she have kids. 
She was pregnant in some scenes of chupke chupke.
CC hault shooting for a while in between and she got pregnant in between. We can literally see her being half the size in one scene and in the next she will be double that size due to pregnancy. A lot of her shots are only closeup and no full size shots.
