Did Abhimanyu really save someone before his Mom? What sense does it make? He was such a Momma's boy, it's unbelievable that he would save someone else first knowing his Mom was in danger. Most people would infact save their Mom. Is it supposed to be some hi fi connection of how Akshara choose to save the girls inspite of being pregnant? That parallel isn't making sense to me.

No. Manju was trapped in fire so dr Birla took upon the role of a fire fighter , saved a random woman and child first , by that time manjari got serious n she fainted and Dr Birla was stopped as a pillar fell upon his legs and in the climax akshu saved both of them by her daring life saving act He's feeling guilty , well that's not new , he's forever guilty these days 😬 manju mummy got her life back by listening to piya tose
