He means the anti-Pak sentiments, like don't hate Pak coz of the movie, but apparently in the end the movie does speak of peace (Zain said in his review) but it's not Gadar 2 that started this, Indian news media calls on Pak people on their "news" show (read Tamasha shows?) to comment on "how does it feel after Chandrayan 3"
