Do infants/toddlers irritate you?

You go on a nice family gettogether to a restr. hoping for a nice time and BINGO...there are infant crying and toddlers roaming around near your table in liesure.

Well even if you have infants / toddlers with yaa they are behaved but cann't speak for others.

Debate is : Would you support restr / hotel(upscale) prohibit anyone with kids less then 6 years ? as they make un required nuisance or ruin your evening?

I would not support any such prohibition.

For a start, good family friendly restaurants vary in availability depending on where you live I guess ( I always found the US to be much more accommodating than here in the UK for example) so when they exist, that are a godsend for families who are much more likely to return - that's gotta be good for business

Secondly, given most 6 yr olds and under are probably under bedtime curfew for the hours that all singletons or toddler dislikers are sitting for their dinners in these restaurants, the problem is unlikely to arise....unless its weekends or lunches!!

Anshu how the heck are these babies or kids going to learn how to behave in any restaurant let alone upscale one????? They need to learn from home all table manners and social manners when they are outside.

One can't put that type of restrictions on familes not to take kids under 6

i pesonally love babies, 😛 bit annoying wen they cry and screem, but would not say kids are irritating!

u wer kid once Do you know y wer crying? or screaming?
did u cry for no reason? or make noise becuase u want to irritate others? did u even know at that stage what crying meant? or does it irritate anyone?
kids have no understanding of anything! but u do!

they cry because they think thats a way to ask for somthin, coz they dont SPEAK!

kids cry when their requirements are not met, (your fault becoz your duty as an adult to meet their needs)
they make noise because thats their way of demanding for their requirement, or having fun!

u never know, kids might find you irritating because you dont know how to deal with them, may be thats why they shout more when you must be around!! lol 😆

it wasnt clear wat u wer saying, if in family gathering? that means kids as well!! but if u are talking about partying, than obviousely every one would prefer to party with no kids around... beacuse kids are not allowed to party with adults!!! (thats wat i was told wen i was a kid! 😆

but that doesnt mean u lock them in a room or make them sit somewher quitely!!! your responsibilty to arrange somthing that they like!! so that they wont come in your way!!!! may be kiddies party in a seperate room... or somthing like that!! 😆

Arrey buntu bhaiyya yeh aarushi kaha se aa gayi.... leashing is common in teh western world especially for the hyper kids.. rahi baat tape ki... yaar koi bubble gum flavor uss tape ko deke usko ek dusra nazariya dey doh....😆
