The show showed Abhinav wanting to coparent multiple times. If I had the time I’d reference the episodes and times but my apologies. Since you mentioned Abhi going to Kasauli then you probably also remember Abhinav insisting on telling Abhi before leaving since the three of them have to parent Abhir together. And I never said Abhi didn’t want to coparent but he just couldn’t make his own decisions and ended up hurting and making his child miserable in the process of trying to be his father.

Let's not waste our time referencing the episodes. I'm not a lawyer and not interested in being one!!!

Hurting abhir was the decision made by all three parents!!! So let's not blame only for this!!! If abhi agreed for BP's condition, even the other 2 parents agreed!!! If they were that samajhdar, they should have refused for the condition!!! The child was more miserable to know that his parents considered him a burden!!! He didn't have any problem with abhi being his father. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
