How do people around you deal with your Bollywood prem?

I always have been interested in Bollywood since my parents took me to watch hahk in a theatre when i was 3. I don't even have a favourite actor/ actress anymore but Bollywood has chipkaoed itself to my soul. People around me don't care. They have better things to deal with. No wonder i keep loitering in this almost dead forum.

I’m the only anomaly in my family that is into Bollywood. Nobody really gets it when I tell them a new film is out. And let’s not even talk about BW gossip, I know too much and they know nothing. I think it’s because I discovered this forum, I mean BWF (not IF) one night in 2008 when I was in the library studying for an exam. I haven’t been able to leave since. And I don’t even want to. Why should I? This place is whacked. It’s like crack. My relationship with this forum has outlived all my romantic relationships. I will die here. Dhanyavaad

I think the first post I ever made on here was comparing Bipasha Basu to Cruella or it might been me loudly proclaiming Deepika Padukone is the next Amitabh Bacchan. I came pretty close if I may say so

Nobody around me gets it that i live my life for bollywood gossip. Blinds juicy scoops hot gossips bitchy interviews these are the chutneys and tomato sauce to my samosa.

I agree. This place is good, and has been even when internet was almost dead for Bollywood discissions. i don't post much but i do read a lot along with Bollywood gossip reddit. Kind of an extension of this place

It is my dopamine shot, i usually keep my Saturday and all other nights exclusively hunting for Bollywood gossip.

I have no idea how I came to this page. But since then I visit bwf regularly. After sushant demise I stopped coming to the forum for a year but again I'm here for time pass.
