I would have said yakeen ka safar but the female lead isn't as strong as other dramas but it's a good watch.

Alif, that drama is really good and momina is definitely strong.

If you want something career based or strong girls then you should go for Yeh Raha Dil, Ehd e Wafa, Sabaat, Phaans ( depressing hai but it has hella strong women), Anaa was also good, Alif based on spirituality, I even loved Ishq e laa, Besharam, Baaghi.

Saba Qamar's most of the dramas are of strong FLs waise, you can check her dramas..

Particularly career based, I don't have any other name as good as Ehd e Wafa. 👍🏼

The central theme is not duniya ki satayi hui.

I won't say it's career oriented but it's a very good drama with good story.

Diyar e dil is my all time favorite. Both leads were nicely written and they maturly dealt with their forced marriage. Wali was such a good guy and has the most essential thing self respect unlike the heroes of nowadays. I never felt annoyed by Farah because her backstory was also well described and their last scene together was my favorite
