Ok why is everyone forgetting Manish, Karthik, Keerti, Akshu were also not cheaters. They loved their spouses too. Manish and Karthik's first wives died and they got remarried. Keerti and Akshara had very bad first marriages, got separated and remarried good men. This doesn't come under cheating. So why's it being repeated only Mimi and Kairav were happily married. Technically, only Akhilesh Goenka is a cheater. Rest all loved their spouses and had good relationships.
