Exactly - again & again she brings up this question. Wat abt Ruhi??? That kid seems more matured than her mom, this AR & her insecurities 🙄🙄she thinks Ruhi will also feel the same, thank god that kid is Neil in this way…this female is 😖😖 when she get out of BH 😡😡 after wat all she did in Kasauli - how is she back in BH???!!!

Exactly....I think Abhi has been pretty clear on this since a while now....he will continue to fulfill those responsibilities towards Ruhi regardless of the shaadi....it is others who have been trying to tie them into a formal family unit but Abhi has always been clear that he doesn't need these labels in order to treat Ruhi as his daughter...she will always be that for him.

And I find it really sweet how much joy he gets out of strengthening the brother-sister bond between Abhir-Ruhi ❤️....kitna khush hoke bolta hai that I want them both to always take care of each other regardless of whether we are there in their lives or not.

Ok, I have one note about Ak's crying scene. I still feel absolutely horrible when everyone just ignores her, and they do it sooo constantly. Today, Abhir ran away and Ak fell. Nav jumped over Ak and ran after Abhir; BP and the rest also literally jumped over Ak. No one came to console her, no one stopped to get her up before running after Abhir, nothing. There are a ton of family members, at least one person can stay behind and get Ak stabilized. But nope, they all left and stood outside Abhir's room, and then BP realized and he is like where is Ak? Dude you jumped over her. No one cares about Ak and she definitely doesn't deserve that.

I kinda skimmed through this portion but when I saw her singing a random lori in the end, I figured makers made her hang back so that she could walk over later while singing this lori later on😆....."dramatic effect" is bigger than showing any concern for the broken mom😆

AbhiM just want recognition and love from his son. He never wanted to snatch Abhir from his mom. No sane person will do that. And no court will pass the verdict in favor of real father by leaving mom aside. This is just to build up Ak character so that she realizes her mistakes and to show off her lawyer skills. I’m rooting for her it.

Abhir should know who is his real papa, and AbhiM should get his father rights, but full custody should not be guaranteed. No child will be prepared for it to leave her mother and live in a separate house which is not known to him. Even his docman, dida or Ruhi chuhi is with him, they are not more than his mama papa.. it will effect him mentally.

Instead, they are making that poor kid suffer!

At least Abhi should have taken the responsibility of telling Abhir!

As of now looking like, they are torturing the kid with half-truths, so that he will say no to going Abhi or hate Abhi!

I just hope Abhir doesn’t come inside BH with any hatred (it all depends on how they revel the truth to abhir 😒), we have already seen enough of that…just want to see some lovely scenes b/w papa & betu 💕💕

Akshara never became a lawyer - she only did law studies as per the narrative shown by the makers. They kept it vague enough so that they don't have to commit towards showing any proper career in law for her😆

This is why everyone keeps focusing on the word PADHAAI rather than actually calling her a lawyer after passing her exam.

At the most she can do some research/consulting work to assist some lawyer but she is not qualified to fight a case in court as a lawyer.

The fact that she didn't even realize what she had done was fraud on that birth certificate doesn't inspire much confidence in her ability to fight for any kind of custody battle now😆

So I feel this is a moot point now. She will get Abhir back through other circumstances, not through any legal battle now. Either Abhimanyu will hand him back to Akshara or some other situation will happen to bring her and Abhir under one roof again.

Since God's stamp is being put on this legal judgement from both sides - Akshara called it Kanhaji ki marzi and Abhimanyu called it Mahadev ka jawaab today, it does seem part of a larger destiny with their child ultimately bringing them together again somehow.

They have always done it. After the Manjari accident truth was out and AK was about to be taken to prison AB had bought this out. He told all of them how they have always ignored AK’s pain and suffering and are always concerned about AR. But then as usual they heard from one ear and out it went from the other. Even after the custody verdict they went to pacify Nav first and forgot AK. But still AK always put them before the two ppl who really ever cared for her.

And moreover all the case proceedings were muted except few flashbacks.. don’t know how the lawyers actually defended their clients. So may be the actual arguments will arise when the case may reopen. As per BC, she has done a fraud, but who knows ITV has its own way of projecting and taking things forward. No logics! They have to elevate Ak character now. So it’s possible that she can enter the court again as a lawyer.

I am not sure how she missed when studying law.

She kept Nav as a father to the child, but he was not legal as he never adopted him.

They don't even know whether her marriage is legal.

Based on Abhir's reactions today, he does seem very disturbed and panicked so definitely doesn't seem like his entry into Birla house will be on a positive note.

But Abhimanyu will try to explain things to him in his own way....let's see how receptive Abhir is to that.....first his panic and fears will have to be calmed down which Sharmas seem incapable of managing and are only making things worse with how they provide info to Abhir.
