Akshara is maa hu ne and a lady and in grief so she can slap punch pull push people around her but will not be called abusive..how many times she held abhis collars or yelled at his face. Not since leap, before that too. Emotionally abused him to the point he got anxiety. So she's also abuser then.

Even Kairav was throwing things around his house today in anger, his wife and whole family was standing right there.

Abhimanyu has never been abusive towards Akshara but Akshara has physically harmed both Abhimanyu and Abhinav, if it was limited to Abhimanyu, I would blame him (Even though it is not correct) but the problem is in Akshara, she has no control over her rage

As per the definitions thrown for Abusers in the forum. AK was one too and so was Shefali then pre leap always taunting Parth.

Everyone's perceptive on this situation is different based on the personal preference. I don't know why they have to use such word's....

Actually What's wrong is wrong like AB knows his mistake what he did on white day.... AK too was in pain n hurt but nothing can justify that intentionally or not 2 life are lost in the process nothing can make that irreversible.... If you make a mistake and you can atone it for life time or try to rectify the mistake or hurt you have caused but once life is gone what will or can they do ? Guilt ? Regret?

Manjri had reason to blame AK ( no matter what AK's intentions were ) and AK lost her baby but whom is she blaming? Guilty? Regret?

Even now she lost custody battle... had she come in agreement with Abhimanyu or listens to abhinav they would not have to be in this situation... She could have her fantasy happy happy family and Abhimanyu would also have his son knowing that he is his biological father.... Abhir wouldn't have been hurt...

I can say instead of this drama Goenka family did as per precap .... They can come in terms with Abhimanyu and sort it out.... Rather than think he is their enemy as he didn't want to seperate Abhir from AK and AN because he knows how much Abhir loves them and vice versa....

Manish could have handled It better but he only thinks of his family rather than kid like he did with kairav with naira and Karthik.... If AK had put down her foot and say that no Court case we can come to mutual agreement this would have been better ... But she too had this feeling in her that she will win .... She said that no matter what she will tell Abhir the truth but hadn't she be telling the same since long ? Anything changed? No she never wants to disclose it no matter how many people come and tell that she will once he is older....she won't.... It would be abhinav or Abhir himself finding out.... She always doesn't want to confront the mistakes happened because of her ( no matter what intentions are true facts cannot be changed no matter what right or wrong).

All in all Goenka family's over confidence lead to this state.... I watched today's episode after long time .... They are crying like I don't know it was over the top .... AK and AN I understand.... But kV???? Did they forget in the process that AB is also the father? Who loves his kid ?? They acted as if they lost it some stranger..... For God sake it's the kids father who always loved the kid.... All the melodramatic Goenka scene was too much.... I agree Abhir wouldn't stay way too long but Abhimanyu also knows that he wouldn't do that to abhir keeping him away from his mother and stepfather.....

I think all the 3 Goenka siblings are problematic. Kairav always knew about the issues between his sisters but kept pacifying Arohi and ignoring Akshara. (given she is only 1.5 years elder, how he expected Akshara to take care of herself while thinking Arohi needs family!?) Since the beginning both Akshara and Arohi didn’t really seem part of the Goenka family. Arohi spied on her siblings for Mahima, resented the Goenkas for loving Akshara more and Akshara confessed her love to Abhimanyu when she felt Arohi has wronged him on their wedding day instead of talking to her family about Arohi’s actions. She has always used others mistakes as a justification to do what she wants rather than doing the right thing. That day in temple too it bothered her more when people accused her rather than reflecting on the way she handled the situation. If someone in your family goes away on the wedding day - you will inform some elder so they can manage the situation. Again she lost evidence for Kairav’s case because she was more interested in Abhimanyu knowing the truth and supporting her than protecting Kairav - if she gave the video to police - still Abhimanyu would have known right? She did the same thing again by hiding Abhir’s identity- Abhimanyu wasn’t listening to her but what stopped her from informing Goenkas and why did she lie to them? The child isn’t illegitimate or anything.

Kairav only informed Abhimanyu about Akshara-Arohi equation so he could make things better for Akshara which he himself failed to do. Akshara only contacted Abhimanyu - both in Kairav’s case and when she learnt about one kid being alive - expecting him to let go of his own grief and support her. She had problems if he gifts his son shoes more expensive than Abhinav can afford when his old ones are torn but has no qualms about accepting his financial aid for Muskan’s wedding - why is it okay to spend more than what Abhinav can afford now!! Arohi has blackmailed Abhimanyu, married his brother with hidden motives, and now is expecting him to forget his own son and give his complete undivided attention to her daughter.

Didn’t want to deviate from topic but just wanted to highlight what Abhimanyu has gotten from the three Goenka siblings. And I think its only because Abhimanyu is genuinely kind hearted that he still looks at his own faults and tries to overcome them to be a better person rather than taking revenge. Whenever Akshara or Abhinav have spoken to him calmly he has always listened to their complaints, demands and wishes - its just when people ignore his existence in his own son’s life that he acts out.

Forging birth certificate is wrong and she is and was wrong in abandoning Abhi from fatherly rights. You cannot punish a father for the crimes committed by the husband both relationships are different. And of course court also knows. End mein we also know Abhi will sacrifice his son.
