Abhimanyu ne koi abuse nahi kiya tha akshara ko , instead akshara abused abhimanyu and this would be reviewed by the court

Akshara madam ke past criminal record can also be used in the court , and abhimanyu can win custody from akshara.

Proving akshara faulty on the following grounds

1)Criminal record of akshara , creating fake passport and helping flee the suspect kairav .

2)Hit and run of manjari

3)Carelessness during pregnancy which proved to be harmful for the kid's life , hence unable to take proper care of child

4)Her attempt to take abhir to USA in his critical heart condition , which could have proved fatal for his life.

Only a good articulate lawyer is needed to win the custody

I think problem here is fans don’t accept that white day was actual abuse. In their eyes it’s just a normal thing done out of pain and anger, it wasn’t intentional and it’s a one off thing, while he has done umpteen good things and is still after all these years in love with her.

To this day, I cannot get the image out of my head of Akshara being pushed around by Birlas like some ragdoll. Good Lord, she just had miscarried and lost her babies.. AND THESE ARE PEOPLE WERE THE so called EDUCATED CLASSY BIRLAS.. a house FULL OF DOCTORS. Unbelievable and IRREDEEMABLE.

KAIRA'S DAUGHTER being treated like absolute sh*t and there was nobody to protect her.

She was being pushed and dragged around and verbally assaulted while her husband who made promises of eternal love and protection to her was sitting there, numb. Yes he lost his brother but that didn't absolve him of his responsibility as a husband... especially when she was this vulnerable. He endangered her health even further and gave up his responsibility too. Seriously, AbhiM has such a long road to redemption. To be a decent human being.. Forget being a good husband or father.

I really want Abhir to know the entire truth about that day. How his mother was treated. In the real world, he wouldn't even want to AbhiM's face after that. He would treat AbhiM the same away he treated his own father.

Not a fan. Maybe you never noticed so just made an assumption.

The point here is when it comes to Abhimanyu specially white day then it's a fictional show but in real life he will be in jail gatha. How he is a abuser in caps, how this and that. How he has no rights on Abhir. Which i Agree. I have made this point at the time it was relevant to the show. Long before @ontheblock decided to teach us morality.

But again when i pointed out the loopholes in the show. The fact that in real life Abhinav k saath jaakr rehti hi nahi Akshara. In real life Abhinav also intrude her personal space. Then it's all fiction we should take it like that.

I have watched each and every episode of this gen to make the my point and not just making anything up.

As per the show which is poorly executed and has loopholes if this case goes to court they will get joint custody. It will be a very ugly war from both ends.

AbhiM wasn't a very bad husband overall. And Akshara was not a good wife like she is being to Abhinav overall.

About legality again Abhimanyu is the father of Abhir and he wasn't aware of the same. When court will ask why it will go on what happened at white day Abhi at fault but again not informing him of the child is on akshara. She is completely okay with him being at her home now, poori family k saath ghoomar ghoomar ho rha hai toh woh ghar bhi ja skti that's why her struggle are nullified.

Jab baat nikalegi toh door talak jayegi saying all this as per your points. Akshara and Abhimanyu both did eachother wrong so ek ko point krna is not feasible.

And what i said about court custody was in case AK is missing in picture. Jitna show mein dikhaya us accordingly Abhimanyu ko Abhir ki custody paate time nahi lagega. Again please note Akshara hai toh Abhir par phela right uska hi hai yeh deny nahi kra jaa rha hai.

Also, yes i like Abhira. Mujhe chemistry achi lagti hai unki. Mujhe nahi acha lag rha Jay ki acting as Abhinav. Abhinav as character. Kuch toh flaw hoga na k it e logon ko pasand nahi aaraha a character that's supposed to be good.

Then abused her in the said marriage whilst she had miscarried, then operated on or even consulted his biological child as a surgeon would turn him a criminal as well. Dono criminal hain toh custody legal guardian i.e (legal father) Abhinav ke paas jayegi lol

Knowing ITV, abhir will be told the truth in such a way that as a kid he doesn’t get affected. ITV likes to torture and be unfair to the FL than the ML, but since it’s yrkkh I have some hope. Since post leap they have done a good job in comparison to preleap.

Abhinav wanting the best possible, accessible healthcare for his son given that they have family in Udaipur is not a crime. It doesn't nullify his legal claim as Abhir's father. So what was the point

His begging Abhimanyu in the OT to operate on Abhir was ott itv cringe but rambling in a state of distraught doesn't nullify a birth certificate. Parents say "aap hi ka baccha hai" all the time. Than continued k yahi sunna tha na nahi krti.
