Sai's personal decision making ability (or the lack of it) is really the problem here though. Today's mess is like this because she made a wrong choice when she randomly got married to Satya. Today Amba is blaming Virat of attacking her son (even though I am 100% sure he didn't) because V was physically aggressive unprovoked towards Satya many times. Sai could have put a stop to it, but she didn't and enabled it by not drawing proper boundaries with him.

I am calling Sai an irresponsible person with very poor decision making ability and a lack of future vision.

So yes if Amba says that Sai is apshaguni that's wrong, but if Amba says this mess and Satya's life's misery is because of Sai, she is right IMO. Sai has right now created a nuisance in both Virat and Satya's lives.

Actually it's not about blaming wife here, but a woman who created all this mess in her ego with selfish reasons ,which resulted in her son's death if seen with her view, if Virat would have been in Sai's place then definitely she would have hated Virat 100X ...
