Tabu, Rani, or Vidya???

2. Rani Mukherjee

Tabu is the only one who never annoyed me or irritated me with her acting …even in her worst films she was the best part about them

Followed by vidya…found her mildly irritating in ghanchakkar but she’s passable even in her worst movies

Rani is absolutely unbearable at her worst

Tabu then other two probably rani a bit ahead if vidya just coz that rani was a tad bit good in glamorous roles than vidya

Rani probably cause she has done all kinds of movies

For me. I look at versatility. Yes Tabu and Vidya are great, but they are limited in what they can do. I doubt they could pull off a glamorous role. I also doubt they could make a simple film like Hum Tum be extraordinary. I can’t see them do a Bunty aur Babli either. Also for me Rani in Black is the best performance I’ve seen from an actress in Bollywood

Rani has range. She is so versatile. Even after marriage and baby, she still impresses me.

I reiterate

There’s no one as versatile as Rani Mukerji

She’s like water , takes the shape of the vessel

The other two are also very very good but limited … For instance , I can’t imagine Tabu wearing a mini skirt and mouthing dialogues like “Ae Rahul, mujhse dosti karoge?” or Vidya just shimmying to Shava Shava in a glamorous cameo or looking sultry in a song like tauba tumhare yeh ishare.. she self admittedly said that she sucks in those roles .. But on the other hand , I can clearly imagine Rani doing a Kahaani(She would have rocked it ) or an Andhadun.. or Bhool Bhulaiya (Both part 1 and 2) ..
