Yeah. I read the whole text...and I only can say that it is an interesting wording what Biden does there.

He is right: Modi demonstrates that democracies matter (not saying that Modi stands for democracy). And Modi causes him a problem (because of the number of visitor tickets...well, that's really a "problem").

Modi made a significant impact on everything? Oh yes, I believe that! (but what kind of impact?) including QUAD? Well, so much that Biden cancelled the Quad meeting in Australia... (So, no one is travelling to Australia except Modi, using Indian taxpayers' money because the diaspora has "organized a 'Modi-Modi' drama" in a stadium in Sydney.)...or am I wrong?
