However, recently it seems that after an NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) officer involved in the case got dismissed, allegations against Sameer Wankhede, who led the drug raid operation, continue as now he has once again been accused of taking bribe worth Rs. 25 crores, and this time it is by the CBI.

In an earlier report in 2021, a witness of the NCB named Prabhakar Raghoji Sail recalled a call that was made by other witnesses KP Gosavi and Sanvile D’Souza to Shah Rukh Khan, demanding Rs. 25 crores from the superstar after the NCB authorities arrested Aryan Khan in the case. In the report, Sail had also asserted that after much deliberation, they had settled to Rs. 18 crores, followed by which the amount was to be distributed among NCB officers. He had said to Indian Express, “Out of the total Rs. 18 crores, Rs. 8 crore was meant for Narcotic Control Bureau (NCB) Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede while the balance amount was to be shared among them.”

As per recent reports, the CBI officers claim that the NCB officer Sameer Wankhede’s recent expenditure on foreign trips and luxurious purchases have ‘not been clearly justified’ when compared to his ‘declared income’.

I knew that the wording of the article's title would be - deliberately - misleading...

I loathe the way Sameer Wankedhe's corruption tactics are investigated exactly now, when another shady officer suspended for many months, got reinstalled by the Maharashtra government (BJP again) and the Kanatarka elections were a disaster for BJP.

I loathe the way, Wankhede's crimes/irregularities concentrate merely on something that may not have happened the way he is accused of (and he'll go sctoch free again).

I loathe that the investigation is done by a CBI that will get a new director in some days, a Karnataka-BJP guy, announced directly after the Karnataka elections.

I loathe that BJP again tries to bring SRK and Aryan constantly in the news with something that puts the focus on them for all the wrong reasons.

And I loathe the government tactics to deviate public interest from their own (enormous) failures and misdeeds...

Whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty" or does that only apply to Aryan? 😆

Whilst you're at it, what exactly does Bjp gain from screwing SRK? 😆

Heisenberg, Mr. Wankhede may not be (found) guilty of what he is publicly accused now, but in no way is he "innocent"...an "innocent" guy would not make people sign blank papers (just one example of his tactics that became obvious in october 2021)...

...and an "innocent" guy would not have involved the press the way Wankhede did in 2021 and not have proven to have a lifestyle that largely exeeds the income he has/had.

As for the 2nd question, no further comment to you from my side as you're purely mocking me. You're not interested in what I write except to mock it, right?

They was shooting guns with bullets that were laced with plutonium

Wankhade asked for 25 cr. things settled by 18 cr. but SRK denied and follow law, and so Aryan got clean chit,,,,,,

And if he didn't ask???...it was a phone call allegedly done by one of the witnesses (Gosawi)...he was nowhere seen to demand/get money... the one who gave the avidavit is dead and Gosawi/d'Souza would tell whatever...and Wankhede just has to say "no", nothing else.

SRK/Pooja didn't take a stand then...why should they take a stand now?

This is a biiiig show, (mis-)using the highest governmental organisation...for what? for an officer who already got sacked from his job onto a place where he can't harm anybody...and who claimes to be "punished" because he is a "patriot"...lol

SRK (+ Aryan) sells...and it is the second time politics use them with full power...now making them victims???? really???? lol again

(This government stoops to any low to divert attention...and - imo - the most Modi personally is pissed off are losing an election and SRK)

CBI raids safal hona chahie. Wankhade must be proven guilty. but SRK should not be caught/included in this case.

His son Aryan was found innocent in the case..

That did not apply to Aryan and that was the problem with these laws. The drug law is "Guilty untill proven innocent" and thats why Aryan spent 1 month in the jail without any evidences.
