Good job by Ruturaj and Conway, this is a good score on the board, but we'll have to bowl well. People who played told me this is the best wicket of the season so far, but it did slow down as the ball went soft. They've had a special relationship (on Ruturaj and Conway), complement each other well and bring the right-left hand angle as well, this pair has worked well for us. His knee isn't 100% at the moment (on MS Dhoni), so he's managing himself, coming in to bat in the last 2-3 overs. He isn't able to run as well as he did during his heydays, but he's doing things right and hitting the ball really well.

After that sort of a start from Rutu and Conway, CSK were always getting an above-par total. The question was how high will it be? Well, looks like they have got at least 40 extra than DC would have liked. This pitch was so, so dry that the groundsmen had to water the pitch and sprinkle some grass before rolling the pitch few hours before the game. Spin was expected to play a key role but none of the spinners were able to make inroads. Such was the footwork and quality of the openers mainly and then the striking of Dube and Jadeja was outstanding. Sakariya was DC's best bowler. In a day game. Axar and Kuldeep didn't complete their quota on a pitch that aids spinners.

That's not possible Deshpande Pratiharan can take 3-4wick but Jaddu
