Its more like she is massively insecure of her weight and the effect of aging... I read somewhere that stunning women always find it the hardest to deal with aging bec all they were ever used to was being told how beautiful they are.

I have seen many variations of the orange dress Deepika wore.Including PC at metgala.Sonam also wore something similar.
