I also don’t blame nehmat for ekam condition. Everyone is responsible for their own life. If someone does not want to marry you, regardless of how much they loved you in the past you try to move on. On top You chose to marry someone else to save Your mom, then you go the extra mile to move on. Same goes for Harleen- she knew about ekam’s obsession. She knew he would quit living for nehmat and what she was stepping into.

idk abt the new generation, but Tejo sacrificed, and kinda cried, but she's also the first one to do anything and everything to make things right. Her problems occurred bc of other people's actions.

Jass was a fraud. Jasmine and Fateh were cheater. Jasmine was an insecure jealous person who couldn't see Tejo happy. Angad turned out to be an obsessive lover.

Tejo would've found peace as an unloved woman too, she'd just focus on others. It's not her fault that she's surrounded by extremely cheap pathetic people all around. For all her crying, and mahan FL, she's the only one who actually solved problems and did anything.

right now ekam to doing wrong by running after nehmat. If in future, he again gets heartbroken, it will be his fault. But how was he responsible when he got heartbroken in mandap? Similarly Harleen was also emotionally blackmailed by renuka rupi for marrying ekam. No one controls what happens to them or other people. you control how you respond. Being left at the mandap is not his fault but his actions and choices after that are!

Same with Harleen - If you CHOOSE to get married because of family pressure - you live by that CHOICE.

@Bold that is choice she is making - focus on others at her own expense. Then why blame others?? People are there to take advantage of you - in reel and real. If you willfully ignore other's motivations and selfishness how it is their fault?

She actually fought against what was done wrong to her. I don't recall her crying as much and neither do I see her as bechari in anyway.
