Some people are skilled at concealing their darker tendencies, while others actively work to suppress or manage them. Developing self-awareness and intentionally controlling one's negative impulses can be effective strategies for managing the darker aspects of one's personality.

My point is: do you let your demons out to play once in a while or are you adept at skillfully navigating your dark impulses, with self-control and intentionality?
