Giving Hindu children a solid grounding in their spiritual tradtions will minimise this.

Hindu girls have a lot more freedom and empowerment. They are educated, make their own decisions I dont understand what "more" freedom means.

The family unit is still very strong in India and that can put limitations not only on girls but boys as well. Even parents for that matter. The amount of sacrifice the Indian parent does for their child is not common to all cultures/ countries.

India is a Hindu majority country. If you're saying Hindu girls have a lot of freedom, then by extension you're saying Indian girls in general have a lot of freedom. Is that really what you believe?

On the other hand, one of my friends married a Muslim man and since then she has changed a lot, she hardly goes out with us anymore, she stopped going to church, she only eats halal food or whatever and she doesn't want to know anything about ham or pork when here everyone eats it and she did too before. Why do u have to change ur religion and traditions? why they can't respect others faith? that's the point. For example I would never marry someone who is not Catholic but if it happens, I am very sure that I would never leave my religion for anyone or force him to do it.

Did she not convert after marriage? If she did then its obvious she won't go to church now. If she didn't then I guess she's slowly accepting Islam and soon convert.

@red, I think youngsters in inter-religious marriages usually don't want to convert their better half unless they have ulterior motives, and mostly do it because of society and family pressure. You may not want to convert. Your guy may not want to convert. But your parents and families can still put pressure on you and him.

So the UK has effectively banned The Kerala Story by not giving a certificate? Wow. Maybe now they’ll stop lecturing India on freedom of expression. Outrageous. Constantly pandering SMH.

Hindu girls are converting because parents aren't giving them enough freedom...it's mainly due to patriarchy....so they chose a more liberal religion so that they have mire freedom under burqa.

I am highly impressed by abrahmic defence !! Makes total sense !!❤️

If this is what you got from my post then you're living upto your username.😆

I've heard (and even going by the trailer) that this movie shows Adah Sharma's character and other girls in a sympathetic light. When the real woman Nimisha aka Fatima still doesn't feel any guilt or regret for her actions if we see her interview video.

Doesn't that mean the movie is sympathizing with terrorists? How are people okay with it? Ain't Bollywood regularly criticized for it by the right wing? Am I missing something? I can't make complete judgement here because I'm yet to watch the movie.

I believe they're ultimately held responsible for their actions? Just because they were Hindu and are woman doesn't mean they're all poor helpless victims. Aise toh all terrorists would have some tragic backstory because no one becomes a terrorist by choice. Doesn't mean we sympathize with them.

It's a miracle she survived that long. 😆 I know some of the girls who joined ISIS from UK, US, Germany etc were brainless but Indians aren't usually that dumb when it comes to these things. Most of these girls knew what they were getting into. They are not kids. lol

Disgusting blaming victim girls to support isis modus-operandi

UK has banned TKS

and now India will drop lower on freedom index. 😆

UK is doomed from what I see.

Yes TKF was propaganda and TKS propaganda. Only Islamophobia is the real deal.

Thankfully more and more people are rejecting such stupid liberal logic.

I hope people come to their senses soon.

It's completely insignificant. even among those Kerala has the highest number but look at the number of Keralites that have connections with the Middle East or are residents there. I find it odd how some willingly joining a terror group are victims here. Why don't people feel sorry for those Syrians, Kurds etc - who were killed by ISIS?

And to think that Islam entered India way back in the 8th century. There were so many people who were rulers, Aurangzeb being the most popular, who tried to forcefully convert Hindus and still there are so many of us. I mean just think, if an emperor who has absolute power, all the resources, could not convert and finish the Hindu religion, when there were no Bajrang Dals to save it, can some random organisations do it now? Through these stupid tactics of marrying Hindu girls? I mean come on. If this is not brainwashing then what is.
