A genuine douth can abhim perform surgery?

In general a family member or relative cannot perform surgery on their related ones we have seen in ghkkpm also how sayi is reported to medical council regarding it and how come this soo called surgeon blocked all ways and wants to perform surgery and ak can use this point in her custody battle if her brain works

Der r no rules as such. A lot of Docs dont prefer operating on family bcz when it comes to taking a critical decision your emotional connects affect your decision making ability. So AbhiM can perform a surgery on Abeer legally if he can.

On Ghum.....whatever was shown in dt show was a farce. Once your family signs the consent....you cannot blame the doctor. Also medical counsil proceedings are not a joke ....like a they made it on dt show .

These are AMA guidelines not IMA guidelines.

As far as I know der is no such conditions against operating on family members in india. And this does happen a lot in India. If ur family member is a better doctor , den u can choose to be treated under him or her.

Also ethically wrong and criminally wrong are two different things.

Please feel free to put a link to IMA guidelines if u find dem. I couldnt find any similar guidelines and I dnt remember reading it before too. But I might be wrong.
