I am also talking abt surgeons only. Not just doctors. I hv mentioned surgery in my replies. Surgery is not equivalent to treatment.

I am very well understanding ur words but you arent even trying to understand mine. Probably dts why you hv blocked me.

I dnt have to ask any relatives bcz I hv many surgeons in my family itself and a lot of my frnds and acquaintances are too.

Our constitution is borrowed too in parts. Dt doesnt mean we will follow the constituitions it has been borrowed from. We follow our own. Similarly we follow indian ethics guidelines not american. Der is no problem in following international guidelines , I am just saying.....its not binding to dt in India. Dts all.

And I didnt say u used foul language. I just meant the tone of conversation. I might be mistaken if it wasnt dt way. My apologies .

@WhtsinAname i didn’t block ur account i in general going to posts of urs and my mistake it has been blocked and i didn’t know how to undo it as im new here soo . Ie su r mistaken about my tone and similarly i felt like where did i go wrong soo i didn’t try to understand u and asked for more information if possible a u said u have family/ relatives soo we can have an information for everyone that’s it. If u felt bad about that blocking think plz do guide me how to undo it bcoz this platform is more difficult to understand than wattpad

See .....I will put it in short here. Legally a surgeon can operate on a family member with proper consent and all. But it depends on the surgeon if he wants to do it or not. If he or she feels they are too emotionally connected to see objectively.....den can for sure refer the pt or deny operating on him or her. They have that option.

Similarly a patient has the ryt to choose a surgeon of his or her choice. They can choose a family member of they trust him on dt.

Basically all I am saying is der is no such hard and fast rule .

Anyways I will stop here. Its just what I knw abt the topic. Rest as I said guidelines can be seen on proper websites.

See irrespective of what rules are, mark my words Surgery Abhimanyu will only do. Otherwise how will he he take credit of saving his son. This will also give opportunity for Akshara to see her soul love, the great surgeon Abhimanyu birla again with that old feelings she always had.
