That is a faulty statement. A brilliant player cannot make an average team win which was the case with Sachin, even Virat now, Lara, or ABD.

An average team also doesn't turn a brilliant player into an overrated one. So the Statchin or Chokli taunts don't hold. Recency bias in cricket is shoddy

Virat's aggression aside, he never undermines players' talent. Couple of years ago, people were crucifying him for being arrogant towards SKY when he's really been the loudest cheerleader for SKY.

Normally, one of the criticisms many sports persons faced over the years is that they are not aggressive enough or assertive enough to lead the team! I refuse to believe that you cannot be both compassionate and strong. Leadership is not the absence of aggressiveness, but the presence of creative alternatives for responding to conflict - alternatives to passive or aggressive responses, alternatives to violence.

Normally Virat is a proactive player, highly emotional and committed to his team. Navin is yet to establish his caliber on the ground, that is the ground reality.

We have seen, even Sachin and Dhoni too overreacted on certain occasions, that is in the sportive spirit, not to demean the other players!

As few of our friends rightly mentioned ❤️, being a coach/ mentor, no one will get a right to show their might by coming and showing it on the ground, questioning a player who held/credited a few records to his name.

Well my opinion about kohli is well known everyone.

He is an @$$hole who has Mt.Everest ego and thinks he is bigger than the game. He was mercilessly sacked from the captaincy because of this attitude. He thinks he can do anything and will get away with it. When someone stands to his entitled behaviour in only a language he understands he loses it. That's what happened. He didn't expect Naveen to react like that. He demanded respect, but it has to be earned. Bro naveen deals with terrorists in daily basis in his country you can't scare him by these antics. Actually dekha jaye to what he was telling to naveen kind of fits on himself when he is compared to sachin. I always beleive it's a senseless comparison.
