A celebrity is someone who has outstanding achievement or fame in a field that is of passionate interest to somebody.

To a science geek Stephen Hawking is a celebrity, to many people it is Stephen who???

Indians may worship cricketers, Americans worship footballers.

Who can become a celebrity is relative to culture and individuals.
