Katrina Kaif’s brother. They’ve been dating for about a year I think. Last year when the whole family went on a getaway vacation for Kat’s birthday Ileana joined the siblings, and Vicky and Sunny. I think even KJo brought it up on KWK but Kat didn’t let him make it a topic and moved on quickly.

The Ajay rumors started because she did two movies with him back to back, or was in his home productions back to back. Sort of like the rumors of Ajay and Rakul. Going on a tangent here but what’s interesting about Ajay and Ileana rumors is that they started after she talked in an interview about losing roles and alluded that it was because she didn’t respond to someone powerful hitting on her. It was then speculated that Akshay hit on her during Sultan and she wasn’t interested.
