I thought you might have taken a big leap to make this analogy, but I just watched this part out of curiosity, and oh man, the lines strike home so much such that it feels more like a direct message:
Makers: Audience, we have come here to give you this hope and this custom-made, carefully-selected promo: this is going to be actually Anupama's journey. Trust uuuus.
Audience: Huh. How many times have you claimed this? Sometimes you pretend to built up towards Anupama's journey and then proceed to show recycled sewage. Sometimes you say you'll show Anupama journey and then you show Vanraj journey. You just betray us. Leave it. I'm not watching.
Makers: Aree...this time it's different. We have changed. We have truly changed. Let's have a bond without any expectations - I don't have expectations from you except you keep watching, and you don't keep any expectations from me. What do you say?
*holds out promo*
Audience: *accepts promo* Since you're insisting so much, might as well watch the repeat telecast of the old ghise-pite tracks, maybe made worse. But if you ever make a mistake again.....!
Makers: *Vanraj-like smile*
I love how you always expand these thoughts by conjuring up a scene with such detail and clarity. Yes, this was exactly what I envisioned. No particular sympathy with Anupamaa but whenever she tries to do something, this filthy despicable man is made to arrive and create a ruckus. (Phatichar kephe along with dence ekedemi, the venture with Mukku to oust Anujpama, trying to kill her husband and disrupt their lives etc). She tried resisting today but can never even take a firm stand and eventually the mahanta ki murat always ends up melting. People may dislike us for our comments but more than us, it's the makers who are actually trolling Anupamaa with this forced interjection of Vanraj everywhere 🤪
