Chalo another wrong clue. For #34, it's not loved ones...and technically he doesn't turn vigilante but rather revengeful. All the movies that I know as vigilante movies didn't fit that clue, so I finally had to do some Googling of South action remakes and this was like the 10th movie that I tested cause none of them fit the clue.
