I think that's because most pak IVs don't keep it professional and make the actors uncomfortable. Even in the wahaj-yumna iv Hassan was hell bend of asking why wahaj is closer to Maya Ali than yumna ๐คข. Also put yumna in a spot with constantly asking why she gave hania an 8 or 9.
