Thanks for showing interest and asking for a few clarifications Raji. ❤️Originally posted by: Savera84
I have few questions and suggestions.
- Do we need to send predictions for all categories before the toss? ---- Yes, you have to send all predictions before the toss.
- It would be helpful if we are allowed to send toss prediction by 2:55 PM IST for afternoon matches and 6:55 PM IST for night matches and for all other predictions by 3:25 PM IST for afternoon matches and 7:25PM IST for night matches on the match day.---- The toss usually takes place 30 minutes before the match starts. And the majority of games depend on making the right choice after winning the toss. In a sense, the choice and toss will determine how the game will turn out. So, before the toss, all predictions should be sent.
- Correct me if I am wrong for the following assumption. We pick a team for Toss and Winner prediction and pick a player for best bowling figure, best batting figure and PoTM predictions.--- Yes, you are right. Toss-- 10 points >> Winning team-- 10 points >> Total score ( total of A+B, both teams' total)--25 points >> Total Extras -- 15 points >> Victory Margin--15 points >> Best Bowler--50 points >> Best Batter-- 50 points >> Man of the Match--75 points.
- The other categories where there is a range involved, do we also get a range of points or do we get points only if we predict the correct range and get zero if we pick any other range?-- Correct selection of the range will fetch you the mentioned points, and if you select a wrong range, there won't be any points.
- For example if total extras scored in a match are 18 and let us say we predicted 11 - 15 or 21 - 25. Will we get any points at all are do we have to settle for a zero?--Yes, the wrong choice will get you zero and right range will give you points. You won't get any points if you choose 11-15, or 21--25, if extras will be 18, you'll get points if you choose 16-20 points range.
Cheers..
