Everything happened in a short span of time that now she doesnt even know how to proceed her friendship with Saad . She wants him as friend but Saad is hinting more than that. But she is not in the mindset to think about love right now. She doesnt trust her own judgement anymore cause she thinks her judgement about Areeb was wrong.

I get her questioning Saad now. When you are too depressed and vulnerable. You are not able think straight. Then you always doubt the person closest to you. Cause you are doubting everything you believed so far

Just thinking out loud..what happened with Areeb and Maheer wasn’t fair either..I mean when Maheer will come to know that Areeb was not really at fault..how will she feel about it? She will be even more disdainful towards Saad..bhai kisne aisa bekaar show likha..man the story is maha depressive and the screenplay is even worse
